Engagement and Resilience Of The Blood and Marrow Transplant Team
Winnipeg, Manitoba, May 5 – 6.
The Winnipeg planning committee, led by Dr. David Szwajcer and Tracy Robinson, has put together an agenda focusing on the stem cell transplant program team member. Sessions will offer team building exercises, opportunities for self-reflection and inner growth, and opportunities to think strategically about how individual team members can engender change within their organizations.
Innovation in Blood and Marrow Transplant
Calgary, Alberta, June 9 – 10.
The Calgary planning committee, led by Dr. Michelle Geddes, is designing key sessions that will focus on cellular therapies, transplant methods, approaches to managing transplant complications, research methodologies, and delivery of care. The format of the Calgary meeting will include scientific plenary sessions, multidisciplinary and discipline specific sessions, a wet lab tour, and a patient symposium.
Pre- and Post-Transplant Issues in Blood and Marrow Transplant
St. John’s, Newfoundland, September 8 – 9.
The St. John’s planning committee, led by Dr. David Jones, is developing key sessions that will focus on considerations during list meetings, mobilization, survivorship, and palliative care. The format of the St. John’s meeting will include scientific plenary sessions for a multidisciplinary audience and a patient symposium.
