HOW DOES MALACHITE STRUCTURE ITS SERVICES FOR ITS CLIENTS?
Malachite provides a unique “face” for each of the clients, with each association having their own phone number (answered, for example, “ABCD Central Office”) and email addresses.
While staffing may vary according to the needs of each client, the most common arrangement is that each client will be assigned a Senior Association Executive (senior manager, often called “Executive Director” but the exact title may vary as appropriate) and Society Coordinator (assistant to the Senior Association Executive) and those individuals would be the primary contacts for the society’s Board and members.
The association would also be supported as needed throughout the year by the other members of the Malachite team, including staff from our membership and database department, revenue development department, meetings department, and accounting department.
