Meeting Manager

Mr. Bayati joined Malachite as Meeting Manager in October 2007. He brings extensive experience in the hotel industry, having worked as sales manager for The Delta Victoria Ocean Pointe Resort (2007), the Westin Grand Vancouver (2005-2007) and Westin Resort & Spa, Whistler (2002-2005) and as Catering Sales & Conference Services Manager for Coast Plaza Hotel & Suites (2001-2002) and the Sheraton Guildford Hotel (1999-2001).

Farzad holds diplomas in General Arts from Camosun College and Hotel and Restaurant Management from Douglas College and is a member of Meeting Professionals International.
